Hockey Dryland Training II

HOCKEY II is for serious players who have a minimum of 2 years of off-ice training. This program focuses on the critical aspects of on-ice performance: acceleration speed, quickness, agility, lower body power, total body strength, and hockey-specific conditioning. A supplemental goalie-specific section is included that addresses goalie reaction time, goalie lateral quickness, goalie mobility and goalie stamina. Equipment needs include a medicine ball, stability ball, ankle band, resistance cord, dumbbells, Bosu Trainer and slideboard (optional). HOCKEY II also includes an evaluation plan and detailed performance nutrition section.
