Hockey Dryland Training I
HOCKEY I is perfect for players who are new to off-ice training. This program builds a solid foundation in all areas of athleticism- hockey mobility, hockey stability, hockey speed, hockey strength and hockey stamina. Conditioning workouts are included. Workouts are performed 2-4 times each week, depending on the phase of training, and can be completed with 4 inexpensive pieces of equipment- a medicine ball, stability ball, ankle band, and resistance cord.
Also included: a hockey-specific testing plan for assessing strengths and weaknesses and monitoring progress, and an extensive performance nutrition section.
