ATHLETE CONSTRUCTION's CORE STRENGTH DVD is a comprehensive core training program designed for athletes of all ages and abilities. The 36-week program progresses you through 12 exercise levels. Workouts train the core the way it is used in sport and everyday life! A combination of stabilization exercises, rotation exercises, flexion exercises and lateral flexion exercises are incorporated to develop superior form and function. The entire program can be completed with a stability ball.
