ATHLETE CONSTRUCTION creates safe and effective programs that can be done anywhere, any time with minimal equipment. NO personal trainers. NO health club memberships. NO fancy equipment needed. Our goal is to provide ALL athletes with the opportunity to train to win!
ATHLETE CONSTRUCTION training programs on CD-Rom are user-friendly. Programs include video clips with detailed audio explanations for every exercise and drill, and printable workout sheets for each week of training. Programs are 18-weeks in length and include three 6-week phases (BASE, DEVELOPMENTAL & PEAK) that effectively progress athletes in all areas of performance.
