10 Tips for Training Success

  1. Don’t be afraid to fail (failure = success)
  2. Eliminate soft drinks, candy and other low-quality foods from your diet
  3. Eat breakfast…. every day!
  4. Drink more water (no matter how much you drink, drink more!)
  5. Eat muscle-building Superfoods**
  6. Warm-up dynamically before your workouts & stretch statically after your workouts- ALWAYS!!!!!
  7. Focus on technique before load (if you can’t do it right it doesn’t matter how much you’re lifting!)
  8. Sleep 8 hours or more every night (8 hours + 1 minute is fine!)
  9. UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRAINING TO TRAIN, TRAINING TO COMPETE, AND TRAINING TO WIN!
  10. REMEMBER: YOU GET OUT WHAT YOU PUT IN!
