- Don’t be afraid to fail (failure = success)
- Eliminate soft drinks, candy and other low-quality foods from your diet
- Eat breakfast…. every day!
- Drink more water (no matter how much you drink, drink more!)
- Eat muscle-building Superfoods**
- Warm-up dynamically before your workouts & stretch statically after your workouts- ALWAYS!!!!!
- Focus on technique before load (if you can’t do it right it doesn’t matter how much you’re lifting!)
- Sleep 8 hours or more every night (8 hours + 1 minute is fine!)
- UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRAINING TO TRAIN, TRAINING TO COMPETE, AND TRAINING TO WIN!
- REMEMBER: YOU GET OUT WHAT YOU PUT IN!
