Mission

ATHLETE CONSTRUCTION builds better athletes through education and sport-specific training. Established in 2001 by two collegiate strength and conditioning coaches, David Noonan and Teena Murray, ATHLETE CONSTRUCTION is dedicated to empowering coaches and athletes in the area of sport-specific training.

Philosophy

Developing an athlete requires a solid understanding of the biomechanical and physiological demands of the sport, and a proven approach that enhances performance and reduces injury risk. ATHLETE CONSTRUCTION's sport-specific training programs systematically prepare athletes to move more efficiently, effectively and explosively. Movement-based training that effectively periodizes the critical elements of physical performance- speed, strength and stamina- is built on a foundation of mobility, stability and work capacity.
